This Privacy Policy explains how Bizartly (a trading name of EHS Protect Limited, registered in England and Wales) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use bizartly.com.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy is written in plain English, not legal jargon.

2. What Data We Collect
During the coming soon phase, we only collect:
- Email address — voluntarily provided when you sign up to be notified of our launch.
We do not collect your name, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.
We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, page visited, time of visit) for security and diagnostic purposes. This is not linked to your email address.
3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)
- Email address: You gave us your explicit consent when you submitted the form. Legal basis: Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
- Server logs: Legitimate interest in securing and maintaining our service. Legal basis: Legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
4. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used for one purpose only:
- To send you one notification email when Bizartly launches.
We will not send you marketing emails, sell your email to third parties, or share it with anyone except the email delivery service used to send that notification.
5. How Long We Keep It
- Your email address is retained until we have sent the launch notification, after which it is securely deleted — unless you have signed up to the full platform, in which case our full account retention policy applies.
- Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
6. Who We Share It With
We may share your email address with the following category of third party, solely for the purpose of delivering the launch notification:
- Email delivery provider (e.g. Resend or similar transactional email service).
All processors are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR and to use it only for the purpose we specify.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Ever.
7. Cookies
The coming-soon page does not use any cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. No non-essential cookies are set.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request that we delete your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time — this won't affect any prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy as the platform grows. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. For significant changes, we will notify existing users by email.
